BookYourStylist is operated by Denton BBQ LLC in Denton, Texas. The platform helps clients connect with participating independent stylists and salons for booking and related appointment services.
Participating stylists and salons are responsible for the professional services they provide, including service quality, pricing, availability, salon policies, licensing, and professional decisions.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use BookYourStylist for unlawful activity.
3. Appointments, cancellations, and availability
Appointment availability, services, prices, cancellation policies, deposits, and other salon-specific terms are determined by the participating stylist or salon. An appointment is not guaranteed until the booking flow reports it as confirmed and any required deposit has been successfully completed.
4. Payments, deposits, and refunds
Some appointments may require a deposit or payment. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor. Refundability and cancellation treatment may vary by service and stylist or salon policy and will be presented during booking or in the applicable appointment record.
5. SMS appointment messaging program
Clients may voluntarily opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from BookYourStylist and their selected stylist or salon. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, cancellations, payment or deposit status notifications, and related customer-service communications.

- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or booking.

By checking the SMS consent box on BookYourStylist, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and agree to receive the described appointment-related text messages at that number. The SMS checkbox is not preselected.
6. Privacy
Use of personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information, is governed by the BookYourStylist Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Third-party services
BookYourStylist relies on third-party providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, databases, payments, email, SMS, maps, and related infrastructure. Those providers may have their own terms and policies and may occasionally affect availability.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue platform features. While reasonable efforts are made to operate BookYourStylist reliably, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
BookYourStylist is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Denton BBQ LLC does not guarantee the availability or quality of salon services provided by independent stylists or salons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denton BBQ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform or from third-party services.
10. Intellectual property
BookYourStylist, SalonRecords, site design, software, branding, and related platform materials are owned by Denton BBQ LLC or used with permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership of platform intellectual property to users.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved by agreement will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Denton County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the platform evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
